2025 Work-Study Application

Work-Study Application

This is an application for financial assistance to help cover the cost of tuition in exchange for completing assigned duties at the 2025 Amherst Early Music Festival.

This is NOT an application to the Festival itself. To register for the Festival please visit https://www.amherstearlymusic.org/festival_2025_registration
Once you have been notified of your financial awards and application results for any programs you are applying for, you will need to register for the Festival to finalize your award.

In addition to applying for work study, we encourage you to apply for an AEM Scholarship and other forms of financial aid including scholarships from:
- Early Music America
- American Recorder Society
- Viola da Gamba Society of America
- Lute Society of America

Please complete this form as fully as possible to help us discover your unique skill set and place you appropriately in the work-study program. Most questions require a response.

The due date for the Work-Study application is May 31st. Late applications will be accepted, but priority for larger awards is given to timely applications.

Work study awards are determined in late May and early June. You will receive contact from one of the Work-Study Coordinators with further questions and/or to inform you of your award.

If you need to know your award before early June or have other questions, please email us at Click here to show mail address and we will respond as soon as possible.
